Formerly affiliated to S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Mumbai, S.P.T.M. College of Arts & Science is now affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat since the academic year 2015-2016. It is recognized under 2(f) & 12(b) section of the University Grants Commission, New Delhi. From 2023-24 college is offering 4 years honors degree in B.Sc. Home Science as per NEP 2020. It has multiple exit points which will offer a certificate after the completion of the first year, a Diploma after the completion of the second year, a B.Sc. degree after the completion of the third year, and a B.Sc. honors degree after the completion of the fourth year.
