- Every student should carry their identity card daily.
- Students are expected to read the notices displayed on the notice board regularly.
- Students are expected to be courteous, disciplined, well-behaved and cooperative.
- Students should not create any hindrance in the activities of the college, inside or outside the class room. Their co-operation for making the college environment cheerful is solicited.
- Students should not invite any personal correspondence at the college address.
- The permission of the Principal is required for inviting any outsider to address the students.
- If a student is found misbehaving or irregular or failing to show further progress or discontinues the course, she has to remit free ship to the institution.
- The use of Mobiles is strictly restricted in the college.
- The college holds different activities, both academic and others like cultural, sports etc. throughout the year. The students should actively participate in the activities of the college.
- The students have to attend the theory classes and laboratory regularly. Also they have to participate in the activities under NCC, NSS and PT program.
- To be eligible in appearing in the University examination, one has to fulfill the minimum criteria specified by the University.
- If a candidate is not able to attend the College due to illness, she has to inform it to the College in time. She has to submit the medical certificate from registered doctor.
- There will be internal tests for both, theory and practical in each semester, conducted by the College and external examination conducted by the University. The internal evaluation is based on
- the marks scored by the students
- her attendance in the class/laboratory
- assignment given to her and
- her library work.
The student has to secure enough marks in the internal evaluation for appearing in the University examinations.
- The student has to keep a xerox copy of the latest fee receipt of the College with her.
- Apron is must for all the students for laboratory practical.
- The parents/guardians have to keep check on their son/daughter/ward on their own.
- Deposit will be refunded on the submission of original fee receipt within a year on completion of studies / leaving the college.
- The fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Students should park their vehicles in the parking area and follow instructions of the security guard.
- Students are expected to use the library regularly.
- Those candidates who have passed their higher secondary examination from a recognized board other than Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board (GSHSEB), Gandhinagar, shall have to obtain “Provisional Eligibility Certificate” from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat and attach it with the application form at the time of submission. The number of seats for such candidates is reserved as per the rules of the VNSGU, Surat.
- The students shall abide by the rules of the College.
