The Teacher’s Day Celebration was organized on 4th September 2025 by the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at Sheth P.T. Mahila College of Arts and Home Science, Surat. The event was held as part of the annual tradition to commemorate National Teacher’s Day on 5th September, marking the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Students of F.Y., S.Y., and T.Y. B.Sc participated enthusiastically, acting as teachers for their peers. They selected subjects from their syllabus and conducted lectures with preparation, confidence,
and creativity. Each lecture lasted 20–30 minutes, covering diverse topics of the respective subjects. The event created an environment of respect and gratitude towards teachers, while also enhancing students’ leadership and communication skills.
