A Two-day National Conference was organized by the Department of Food science & Nutrition Sheth P.T. Mahila College of Arts & Home science, Vanita Vishram, Surat as a part of MoU with District Development Office, Surat. The convener & district nutrition partners of conference were Mrs. Minakshi A. Tripathi & Dr. Payal Jain.

This will be conducted for all nine talukas of Surat District. In first stage it was started with ICDS Kamrej. Total 84 participants took part in online conference. Pre and post knowledge assessment was conducted. On the second day low-cost recipes from millets was kept for all participants. Recipes were judged y CDPO & Surpanch of Kamrej taluka. Manual was and distributed to CDPOs & mukhya sevikas. This event was sponsored by Hexagon Nutrition.
