The Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Sheth P. T. Mahila College of Arts and Home Science organized a Regional Cuisines Competition wherein the students prepared and presented authentic regional delicacies beautifully from the culturally rich states of India.
The Judges were Mr. Tejal Parikh and Dr. Shilpee Agarwal. The program Coordinators were Dr. Vinita Mod and Dr. Rajul Gandhi.
